This guy is big trouble

He is a scam artist who left Austin TX in 2004 to setup his next con game in Hilton Head. He proports to be a " hard money real estate loan broker". He will tell you you can earn 15-18% on real estate loans that are at 65 % loan to value and that you cannot loose your investment. He will tell you "the attorney he has represents you". Even the loan documents will say that the attorney represents you. Nothing is further from the truth. The truth is, the attorney represents him. It is their job to take your money any way they can! His attorney is likely unaware of Thomas's scam. His last attorney in Austin Texas, Marty Novak, of the firm Hilger and Watkins was sued by many investors for millions of dollars. This is an easy item to verify as true. Beware ! Thomas is a volatile person who becomes enraged at any accusation of his guilt. Dont' be fooled.........

He will try to get you to let him hold "rehabiliation funds" in his escrow account. He used this scam in Texas and made off with more then a million dollars of investors money.
